Belgium’s export credit agency, ONDD, has appointed Frank Vanwingh as its new deputy chief executive officer.

Vanwingh has more than two decades of operational experience as a legal counsel at the ECA and has worked as head of the strategy, legal affairs and risk management department.

He will assist ONDD’s chief executive officer Dirk Terweduwe in making strategic choices and in the day-to-day management of the company.
