Charles Carlson, Standard Chartered’s global head of structured export finance, has taken on an additional appointment as head of Europe for the bank’s Project & Export Finance Group. Previously based in New York, Carlson will relocate to the bank’s London office. He will continue to report to William Rathvon, global head of the Project & Export Finance Group, who is based in Singapore.
Gordon Hough has been promoted to the position of head of the Americas for the Project & Export Finance Group. Based in New York, Hough will continue to report to Carlson.
Standard Chartered’s Project & Export Finance Group, which includes Structured Export Finance, has 27 professionals located in Korea, Japan, Singapore, Dubai, London and New York and is part of the bank’s Corporate Finance division.
