Ray Brown and David Cooper, formerly most recently of Bon Pour Aval, are no longer working within their London City company of DR Financial Limited, a trade finance broking firm established by the two last year.

Brown has set up his own company called RJB & Co (UK) Ltd, while Cooper has set up Duc-Cooper Ltd.

Both will continue to cooperate on business, claims Cooper, but will be working from offices closer to their homes.
