Francoise Roche has joined Rabobank as head of metals and minerals based in Singapore, with responsibility for developing bilateral metal traders’ business as well as building up a structured commodity finance portfolio for the Southeast Asian markets.

Roche joins from Fortis Bank in London and before that was at WestLB in Düsseldorf.
