Qantas Airways has mandated Royal Bank of Scotland and China Construction Bank to arrange two separate finance deals.
Royal Bank of Scotland will arrange a loan to buy four Boeing 737 aircraft, while China Construction will arrange a US$250mn loan to fund 80% of the cost of the purchase of two 747-100s costing US$156mn each.
