Alpha Bank (bookrunner, facility and documentation agent) and RZB as mandated lead arrangers have been mandated to arrange a €40mn syndicated term loan facility for Finansbank (Romania).
The facility which is fully underwritten by the initial MLAs, has been launched into general syndication.
The interest margin is Euribor plus 1.05% per year.
The maturity is two years bullet.
